Refund Policy

At Aeindri Attire, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. After reviewing your request, we will offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.

Please note that customized or made-to-order items, as well as sale items, are not eligible for return or refund. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange for a quick dispatch of the correct product.
